Please email a photo and your UPS shipping document to support@beamingdesign.eu and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Upon shipping, we will e-mail you the UPS tracking number that allows you to track your order.

It can take up to 10 weeks because every single artwork needs to be signed and numbered by the artist. If you have not received your order 12 weeks after your placed your order and received an order confirmation, please contact support@beamingdesign.eu

Prior to shipping, you can cancel your order by sending a message, including your invoice number, to support@beamingdesign.eu

Yes, you can change your shipping address between the date you place your order up to the date you receive a tracking number. However, any changes may result in additional charges due to tax and shippng costs.

We will e-mail your invoice within 48 hours after receving payment. This invoice includes details with regards to VAT and shipping.

For companies, please enter your own tax registration number in the "Additional Information" entry box.

You can amend your address by logging in as a member and changing or completing the address.

In some regions, we are unable to deliver due to international restrictions or limitations in delivery. In such matters we reserve the right to refund your purchase.

Beamingdesign does not offer this service. Our artwork is not sold with a frame. Our art is H UV LED printed in standard sizes that allow for you to buy a frame of your choice.
