Upon shipping, we will e-mail you the UPS tracking number that allows you to track your order.
It can take up to 10 weeks because every single artwork needs to be signed and numbered by the artist. If you have not received your order 12 weeks after your placed your order and received an order confirmation, please contact support@beamingdesign.eu

Yes, you can change your shipping address between the date you place your order up to the date you receive a tracking number. However, any changes may result in additional charges due to tax and shippng costs.
We will e-mail your invoice within 48 hours after receving payment. This invoice includes details with regards to VAT and shipping.

Beamingdesign does not offer this service. Our artwork is not sold with a frame. Our art is H UV LED printed in standard sizes that allow for you to buy a frame of your choice.
